LaVerne, CA — Professional soccer player and Olympic Gold Medalist, Alex Morgan, met with her fans on Sunday afternoon on September 29th at Mrs. Nelson’s Toy and Book Shop located in Laverne California. Morgan was there to meet and greet the fans and to sign her first book in a series of Middle Reader books, The Kicks: Saving the Team.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Olympic Gold medalist and star soccer player Alex Morgan will be appearing at a book signing on Tuesday, May 7, at the Bookends in Ridgewood, NJ. The signing is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. She will be signing copies of “Saving the Team,” in which a twelve-year old girl moves from Connecticut to California, leaving her old friends and soccer team behind. In California, she is faced with the challenges of playing on a new soccer team that has a coach who doesn’t care whether the team wins or loses.
