OAKLAND, CA – Dallas Braden, the 26 year old left handed pitcher for The Oakland Athletics, pitched a perfect game beating the Tampa Bay Rays 4-0. Braden made this the 19th perfect game in MLB, making him the second person in less than a year to accomplish this feat.
After the game, Braden hugged his grandmother Peggy Lindsey, who raised him after his mother died of skin cancer eight years ago when he was a senior in high school.
