KJ Wright is a former NFL linebacker who spent the majority of his 11-year career playing with the Seattle Seahawks (2011-2020). In 2021, he played for the Las Vegas Raiders. Over the course of his career, Wright recorded 992 tackles with 13.5 sacks, 6 picks and 11 forced fumbles. Wright played college football at Mississippi State and was a 4th round selection by Seattle in the 2011 NFL Draft. Upon joining the Seahawks, Wright quickly won a starting position on defense and, in 2013, he recorded 80 tackles in route to helping Seattle to a victory in Super Bowl XLVIII over the Denver Broncos.

From 2014-2017, Wright played in and started 63 of 64 total regular season games for the Seahawks, posting at least 100 tackles in consecutive fashion. In 2016, having set then-career-highs in tackles (126) and sacks (4.0), Wright was named to the Pro Bowl. Wright would go on to set a new personal best in tackles for the 2019 season, recording 132, a year in which his three interceptions were also a career-best. In 2020, Wright played his last season as a member of the Seahawks, his 10th with the franchise, as he went on to start all 16 games, recording 86 tackles and a pair of sacks. For his efforts, he earned a place on the NFL Top 100 Players list.
