Slocum has been named the keynote speaker by the Hannon Hydraulics and the Petroleum Equipment & Services Association (PESA) to speak at their Executive Leadership Seminar on Oct. 15, 2014 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Houston, Texas. Registration begins at 11:00 am with Coach Slocum’s keynote address at 12:15 pm. The seminar is open to PESA members and their pre-registered guests as space is limited. Cost is $65 per person for members and their guests and $80 for non-members. R. C. Slocum served as head football coach at Texas A&M University from 1989 to 2002, winning more games as coach than anyone else in Texas A&M Aggies football history. Slocum was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a coach in 2012.
