NEW YORK — Two-thirds of the Big Red Machine starting lineup signed autographs at the Western New York Sports Card Expo Saturday and Sunday at Batavia Downs Gaming which included Pete Rose, Johnny Bench, Tony Perez, Ken Griffey Sr., George Foster and Cesar Geronimo members of Cincinnati’s 1975 and ’76 World Series teams who signed at various times Saturday afternoon. Former New York Yankees great Lou Piniella, Bears running back Gale Sayers were also on hand to sign autographs. Pete Rose, Lou Pinella, Ken Griffey, Sr. and others signed autographs at the Western New York Sports Card Expo on Sept. 20 and Sept. 21, 2014 at Batavia Downs Gaming in New York. Autographs went from $20 to $90 for Rose, depending on the item; $20 to $115 for Bench; $20 to $85 for Perez; $15 to $40 for Piniella on Saturday; $10 to $50 for Sayers on Sunday. Also appearing from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday were former Syracuse University basketball stars Dave Bing, Pearl Washington, John Wallace, Roosevelt Bouie and Lawrence Moten.
