When Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback, Russell Wilson, was asked about his eyebrow bet with Colin Kaepernick, he spoke about the famous YouTube video for EA Sport. According to Wilson, the video showing the losing quarterback of this week’s Sunday night NFL matchup having to shave one eyebrow, is “not real serious.”
Wilson, who appeared on the Dave “Softy” Mahler show on 950 KJR-AM in Seattle Tuesday, September 10, to address the bet with Colin Kaepernick, said the bet wasn’t actually something they took seriously, but did say they may still provide some kind of payoff depending on who wins the battle of NFC West heavyweights Sunday night.
“It was more of just a friendly, joking around type deal. It’s not real serious. We’ll probably do something digitally. Something like that,” Wilson said.

What is serious though is that these two rival teams, who are not fond of each other, will appear on Sunday Night Football on NBC, September 15, in one of this season’s most anticipated matchups. Considering that one of these two teams are favored to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl in February, it should be an exciting game.
