Al Del Greco Booking Agent Details
Al Del Greco spent 17 seasons in the NFL as a placekicker for the Green Bay Packers (1984-1987), St. Louis Cardinals (1987-1990) and Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans (1991-2000). He finished his career having made 77% of his field goals and 99.46% of his extra points. He was a member of the 1999 Titans team that won the AFC Championship but lost in Super Bowl XXXIV to the Kurt Warner-led St. Louis Rams, 23-16.
Del Greco played collegiately at Auburn. In 1982, he set a SEC record at the time for both field goal attempts and field goals made in a single game when he made 6 of 7 field goals against Kentucky. He was inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame in 2003. In 2011, he received the Legend of Birmingham Award by the Birmingham Bowl.
An avid golfer, Del Greco participated in a Golf Channel reality show in 2013 when he captained a group of NFL players who competed in a charity golf tournament in Puerto Rico. In 2014, he was named head coach of the golf team at Samford. He’s also competed in the American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe, winning it in 1998. Del Greco also served as co-host with Jay Barker and Tony Kurre of the “Opening Drive” radio show on WJOX in Birmingham, AL until 2018.
