Brandon Lloyd spent 11 seasons playing wide receiver in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins, Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots. He was named to the Pro Bowl while playing for Denver in 2010 after leading the league with 1,448 yards receiving on 77 catches. Lloyd was drafted by the 49ers in the 2003 draft (4th round) out of the University of Illinois, where he was named first-team All-Big 10 in 2001. He ended his college career ranked second in school history in receiving yards (2,835) and touchdowns (31) and third in receptions (160). Lloyd returned to his alma mater after retiring from football and completed his undergraduate degree in 2018.
Lloyd is passionate about business and youth development. During his time in the NFL, Lloyd spent his off seasons working in aerospace sales, started a music publishing company and mobilized a chapter of Blessings in a Backpack in Blue Springs, Missouri, his hometown, to provide food to youth who might otherwise go hungry. Lloyd has additionally worked as a medical device sales rep for Zimmer Biomet Spine and as a brand ambassador at CareerWise Colorado. He earned his MBA with a focus in executive leadership from the University of Denver, Daniels School of Business.
