Brian Holloway is a retired offensive lineman who played in the NFL for the New England Patriots (1981-1986) and Los Angeles Raiders (1987-1988). He was a five-time Pro Bowl selection while with the Patriots and was team captain in 1985 when they won the AFC Championship and advanced to the Super Bowl against the Chicago Bears. Holloway was picked by the Patriots out of Stanford University in the 1st round of the 1981 NFL draft. While at Stanford, he was named first-team All-Pac 10 in 1980 and was on two Cardinal teams that won bowl games, the 1978 Bluebonnet Bowl and 1977 Sun Bowl.

Off the field, Holloway became the youngest vice-president of the NFL Player’s Association in 1986 when he was elected by his peers at 23 years old. Today, Holloway is an internationally recognized motivational speaker who has spoken to over 350 Fortune 500 companies about such topics as teamwork, peak performance and overcoming adversity. He has appeared on the Today Show and Good Morning America and has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Triune and Wall Street Journal.
