The Tampa Bay Buccaneers play in the National Football League’s NFC South division along with the New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers. Tampa Bay began play in 1976 as an expansion team along with the Seattle Seahawks. The Buccaneers played their first season in the AFC before switching the following year to the NFC. They’ve played their home games at Raymond James Stadium since 1998. Prior to that, they played at Tampa Stadium from 1976-1997. The franchise is owned by the Glazer family.
