Las Vegas Raiders Booking Details
The Las Vegas Raiders play in the National Football League’s AFC West division along with the Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos. The Raiders were founded in 1960 as a charter member of the American Football League (AFL) before it merged with the NFL in 1970. The Raiders played in Los Angeles from 1982-1994 before moving back to Oakland. They’re planning to move to Las Vegas in 2020.
The Raiders won one AFL Championship in 1967 and have won three Super Bowls, in 1976, 1980 and 1983. In the 1976 season, they defeated the Minnesota Vikings in Super Bowl XI, 32-14. In the 1980 season, they defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl XV, 27-10. In the 1983 season, they defeated the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl XVIII, 38-9. In order, the MVP’s were Fred Biletnikoff, Jim Plunkett and Marcus Allen.
