Aaron Murray is a former standout quarterback who played under head coach Mark Richt at the University of Georgia from 2009-2014, ending his college career as one of the most statistically accomplished quarterbacks of all-time. After redshirting his first season in 2009, Murray went on to compile four consecutive seasons of 3,000-plus passing yards, becoming the first quarterback in SEC history to do so. In 2010, he threw for 3,049 yards with 24 touchdowns, completing just over 61% of his passes. Georgia went 6-6 that year but Murray set a program record for passing yards by a freshman and went on to earn Freshman All-American honors as well as a spot on the SEC Coaches Freshman All-SEC Team. Murray picked up where he left off in 2011, throwing for 3,149 yards and 35 touchdowns, earning Coaches All-SEC Team honors as well as a place on the All-SEC Second Team. With impressive seasons in 2012 and 2013, Murray wrapped up his collegiate career with 13,166 passing yards and 121 touchdowns, both of which set SEC records. Following his college career, Murray spent time in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles and L.A. Rams. After his playing days ended, Murray worked as a college football analyst for CBS Sports and ESPN/SEC Network.
