Shaun Livingston is a retired National Basketball Association (NBA) guard who played in the league for 15 seasons from 2004-2008 and is best remembered for his time with the Golden State Warriors from 2014-2019. He also played for the Los Angeles Clippers (2004-2008), Miami Heat (2008-2009), Oklahoma City Thunder (2009), Washington Wizards (2010, 2012), Charlotte Bobcats (2010-2011), Milwaukee Bucks (2011-2012), Cleveland Cavaliers (2012-2013) and Brooklyn Nets (2013-2014). During his time with the Warriors, Livingston played an integral role primarily coming off the bench and won three NBA titles in 2015, 2017 and 2018. He announced that he was retiring on September 13, 2019. For his career, Livingston averaged per game 6.3 points and 2.4 rebounds.

Livingston was born on September 11, 1985 in Peoria, Illinois and attended Peoria Central High School, where he won two state championships. In 2004, he participated in the McDonald’s high school All-American game and was named Mr. Basketball for the state of Illinois. He was considered the top point guard recruit in the country coming out of high school and, instead of going to college, Livingston went straight to the NBA, where he was drafted by the Clippers in the 2004 draft with the 4th overall pick.
