Tom Rathman Booking Agent Details
Tom Rathman played fullback in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers (1986-1993) and Los Angeles Raiders (1994). He was a two-time Super Bowl champion with the 49ers and recorded a two-touchdown performance in Super Bowl XXIV. In total, Rathman amassed 2,020 rushing yards and 26 touchdowns and had an additional 2,684 yards receiving with 8 touchdowns through the air. After retiring from playing, Rathman went into coaching and served as an assistant for the 49ers (1997-2002, 2009-2016), Detroit Lions (2003-2005), Oakland Raiders (2006-2008) and Indianapolis Colts (2018 – present). Among the head coaches he’s served under include Steve Mariucci, Art Shell, Lane Kiffin, Mike Singletary, Jim Harbaugh and Chip Kelly.
Rathman was born in Grand Island, Nebraska and attended high school at Grand Island Senior High. He went on to play football at the University of Nebraska, where he was a three-year letterman and set several school records at the fullback position while rushing for a career total of 1,425 yards. In 2015, Rathman was voted by the Omaha World-Herald in its “Nebraska 100” list as the 56th greatest athlete in Nebraska state sports history. He was drafted by the 49ers in the 3rd round of the 1986 NFL Draft.
