Tony Parker is a NBA player who currently plays for the the Charlotte Hornets. A member of the French national team in addition to his NBA career, Parker is a four-time NBA champion, having won titles with San Antonio in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2014 with the Spurs, for whom he played from 2001-18. Parker is a six-time NBA All-Star and won NBA Finals MVP honors in 2007, scoring 24.5 points per game and averaging 37.8 minutes on the court in the Spurs’ sweep of LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers while making 57 percent of his shots from the floor.

Before entering the NBA in 2001, Parker played professionally in France from 1999-2001. Upon joining the Spurs, Parker made an immediate impact. In his 17 seasons in San Antonio, he averaged more than 10 points per game in all but two seasons. During the Spurs five championship runs, he averaged 17.5 points per game. Internationally, Parker has played in seven FIBA EuroBaskets with the French National Team, leading France to victory in 2013 and is the all-time leading scorer in the tournament. Parker is active in philanthropic activities as he is an ambassador for Make-A-Wish in France and routinely donates tickets to home games to underprivileged youth.
